Start a conversation
Open the console and type your question. Mother is an anonymous AI terminal: no account, email or password required. Press Enter to send, or Shift+Enter for a new line. Mother provides uncensored AI for writing, research, coding and exploring controversial ideas, with fewer content restrictions. Fewer restrictions does not guarantee an answer to every request. A saved response appears in the thread; an error keeps your draft for retry.
Your identity and data
A private callsign is assigned automatically. An HttpOnly browser cookie links your browser to your saved conversations and notes. To move devices or recover after clearing cookies, create a recovery key in Your Library and keep it secure offline. Anyone with that key can restore your identity; rotating it invalidates the old recovery key, but does not revoke existing browser sessions. If you lose both cookie and recovery key, access cannot be recovered. Chats and notes are stored on the server, not just on your device. Anonymous access is not a promise of complete anonymity or end-to-end encryption: prompts and relevant context are sent to the model provider to generate replies. Do not submit passwords, private keys or sensitive personal information.
CORE REMEMBERS
Explicit preferences and volunteered stable non-sensitive facts, such as “I prefer short answers” or “I speak French,” can be saved after a successful reply and included as context in future chats. Review or remove notes in the console or Library; you can also add notes manually. Quoted text and sensitive details are skipped; not everything you say becomes a memory.
Current limits
Chat, saved conversations, memory, projects and generated apps are available. Describe a private app in Terminal, preview it beside the conversation, and refine it in the same thread. Test generated code before relying on it. Streaming depends on the provider; a configured adapter does not prove that provider is reachable. Errors keep your draft for retry. Images, voice and payments are not currently available. Older Mother conversations and credits are not transferred automatically. A recovery key restores only the identity associated with that key; it is not a promise that data from an older installation can be imported.
